Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found bowls of noodles, veggies sitting on top of cooler and on counter.
Corrective Action(s): Must keep potentially hazardous foods (i.e. noodles) at or below 4C at all times. Must keep in cooler.

If not able to properly handle food while pre-portioning, the practiced will not be allowed and all items will have to be portioned at time of order.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found bowls being double stacked, repeat offence.
Corrective Action(s): Must not stack bowls with food in them unless there is a barrier in between such as a lid or plastic wrap.
