No improper cooling observed. Bar area preparation cooler at 4 deg C -operator indicated the problems were the ice frosted over the fans and gas refill for the coolant -operator to maintain Daily Temperature Logs Sanitizer Buckets in preparation areas >100ppm chlorine residual Handsinks adequately stocked and clear for use -Women's Employee washroom sink working hot/cold water present No improper defrosting observed All areas needing cleaning have been completed and appear sanitized Structural issues for Codes 305, 307 and deep cleaning for 306 will be followed up on 2 weeks
