Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer which is a bleach product is being put through a quats machine for dispensing. Bleach was at 0ppm
Corrective Action(s): Product must be mixed by hand, not put through the incorrect dispenser. Obtain test strips to check the concentration of bleach. Bleach must be at 100ppm or for this product the manufacturer requires 200ppm as per directions on the bottle
