- Handsinks adequately supplied (paper towels observed in garbage cans indicating hand washing)
- Cooler temperatures at less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezer temperatures at less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Hot holding units at temperatures of greater than or equal to 60 degrees Celsius

NOTE: repair hot water faucet for handwashing sink in kitchen as it does not turn off easily; replace broken light covers

CORRECTION ORDER ISSUED FOR RE-USE OF OYSTER SHELLS - FUTURE VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT IN FINES OF $230 AND $345 FOR VIOLATION OF THE ORDER AND VIOLATION OF THE FOOD PREMISES REGULATIONS SECTION 16
