Observation: A few mice droppings noticed behind the deep freezer located near the entrance door.
Corrective Action(s): Clean floor underneath and behind the deep freezer to remove the droppings. Implement mice control measures
such as traps through a licensed pest control company (Immediately).

Observation: Debris and food build up noticed undernealth the shelves in dry storage room and dry storage cabinets.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove all freezers to thoroughly clean floor underneath and behind the freezers.
2. Ensure any open bags of flour are stored in covered bins with tight-fitting lids.
3. Do not store potatoes or onions on the floor. No food items or equipment to be stored on the floor
4. Clean the floor and shelving in the dry storage room throughly.
5. Do not store dirty utensils near the food preparatio area.

Observation: Sandwich preparation cooler registered 5.6-7 degrees C at the time of inspection (Lunch rush??).
