Observation: In the back of one of the shelving unit, flour was observed on the floor that could attract pest/rodents into the facility.
Corrective Action(s): Please clean up the flour spill and ensure that the facility is maintained in good sanitary condition.

Routine inspection conducted.

Facility offers take out only at the moment. Dine in services temporarily suspended.

Observations:
- Temperature of all the coolers recorded at or below 4C.
- Freezers noted at or below -18C.
- No hot holding unit was in use at the time of inspection.
- Handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 100ppm chlorine residual recorded during rinse cycle of low temp mechanical dishwasher.
- 200ppm bleach solution recorded in sanitizer pail.
- All food products were stored off the floor on the shelving units.
- All equipment including both walk in coolers, kitchen hood and coolers were maintained in good sanitary condition.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Back screen door was closed at the time of inspection.
- Operator has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp Sep 26, 2023).

Overall, well maintained.
