Routine inspection conducted. Facility offers take out only at the moment. Dine in services temporarily suspended. Observations: - Temperature of all the coolers recorded at or below 4C. - Freezers noted at or below -18C. - No hot holding unit was in use at the time of inspection. - Handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 100ppm chlorine residual recorded during rinse cycle of low temp mechanical dishwasher. - 200ppm bleach solution recorded in sanitizer pail. - All food products were stored off the floor on the shelving units. - All equipment including both walk in coolers, kitchen hood and coolers were maintained in good sanitary condition. - No signs of pest activity observed. - Back screen door was closed at the time of inspection. - Operator has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp Sep 26, 2023). Overall, well maintained.
