INSPECTION REPORT # 225887

Met with Kitchen Manager, Cindy, and she completed and submitted the following:

- new application for " name change" to Archway Community Services
- copy of the legal documents
- permit fee already paid as confirmed by billing department ( copy of the email enclosed in the file
- no menu change / or floor change

Routine inspection of the facility:

- High temperature dishwasher - reached temperature at the plate surface - 71C ( thermo-label attached to the
inspection report )
- "Delish ' Catering is still in use of this kithcen as of January 2022./ Will require the follow up
- Daily temperature readings: walk in coolers 30F
2 freezers - not in service at the time of inspection/ they will be replaced in the future
- Please keep your daily logs up to date ( will mail you a copy of the daily logs and hand wash sings ) - Done
- Quat used as approved sanitizer (measured at 200ppm in the spray bottle )
