Observation: Some cleaning is required in the following areas:
- along the walls behind equipment in the kitchen (food debris and dirt observed on floors behind equipment, old egg shells, etc)
- Lid holders by the hot cholate dispensing machine in the corner of the front area had some debris on it and appeared to not have been cleaned in a while

- Handwash station equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
- All coolers at 4 deg C or less
- All freezers at -18 deg C or less
- Hot holding at 60 deg C or greater
- Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm QUATS in rag buckets/containers
- No signs of pests at time of inspection
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71 deg C on rinse cycle, ensure soap containers are refilled when empty
- FOODSAFE certified staff on site
- Permit posted by entrance
