The following items have been corrected: -->Domestic cooler at the bar now at 3.4oC -->All foods noted in coolers with lids or wrap -->Areas required cleaning are now in sanitary condition -->Wall around butcher block has a thin sheet of stainless steel nailed on wall. Clean regularly. -->Bleach sanitizer in buckets noted at the front. Ensure the correct ratio is used: 1/2 teaspoon bleach/ 1L water -->Handsinks are all clear and accessible
