Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No chlorine sanitizer bucket available in the kitchen to ensure proper sanitiation of food contact surfaces and equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare chlorine sanitizer bucket to measure at 100-200ppm to ensure proper sanitation of food contact surfaces. Chlorine sanitizer bucket must be prepared first thing when premise is open.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing sink near the front enterance lack metal paper towel holder and paper towels. Handwashing sink next to 2-compartment sink near the back door lack paper towel in dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handwashing sinks are well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel to ensure proper hand hygiene of staff.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink next to the high-temperature dishwasher well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Walk-in cooler measured at 4C. Two 2-compartment sinks available for ware washing and food preparation. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 74.1C final rinse temperature.
No pest observed.
Underneath the deep fryer and exhaust hood vent satisfactory. Operator informed that deep cleaning underneath the deep fryer equipment are cleaned and sanitized weekly. Exhaust hood vent are cleaned and sanitized monthly.
