- High temperature dishwasher measured 74 degrees C at the utensil surface during final rinse (minimum 71 degrees C).
Note: Dishwasher log template provided to operator.
- Wiping cloths stored in bleach water solution at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine (front, back).
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- No bottles stored in ice bin. Scoop stored safely outside of ice bin.
