- Deep cleaning of floors and ventilation canopy has been done by professional cleaning company. Invoice available on-site for review. - Cookie extruder machines were observed to be in sanitary condition - Pest control reports for April and May available on-site for review. As discussed, ensure to email all pest control invoices (twice a month) to health inspector going forward. - No new signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Reminders: - Ensure bay door seal is maintained in good condition and properly seals. No gaps should be present. - Continue cleaning efforts. Facility must be cleaned at the end of each night. - All ingredients must be stored off the floor and properly covered.
