A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CM3RJ5 and the following observation were made: - General sanitation satisfactory - Ice scoop stored in its designated spot outside the ice bin - Kitchen utensils kept in a clean and sanitary manner - Temperature logs maintained daily. Ensure to update temperature log DAILY going forward - Cold holding units equipped with working thermometers.
