Health permit valid and posted. Hand wash sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm. However, there were air bubbles in the line. Air bubbles to be flushed out and ensure that chemical used not expired. Product was expired June 2019. Manager replaced with new sanitizer (expiry 2020). Upright cooler registered at 3-4 deg C. Upright freezer registered at -18 deg C. High temp dishwasher reached 76.6 deg C at plate surface. Active pest control in place. Pest control report was available. Prep line coolers were at or below 4 deg C. Display cooler was at 2-4 deg C. Temperature log was available and up to date. Washrooms were in sanitary condition. General sanitation was satisfactory.
