Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # CHAS-BC8TNA of May-16-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: No sanitizer detected in the bottle marked "sanitizer", the container for the soaking the in-use rags, or the 3rd compartment of the dishwashing sink. Correction: Repair the automatic sanitizer dispenser and in the meantime mix the solution manually. Provide staff with measuring cup and spoons. Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # CHAS-BC8TNA of May-16-2019 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: No handsoap available at the front handwashing station. Correction: Replace the soap dispenser that has fallen off the wall.

The sanitizer dispenser has been serviced. However, the concentration of quats is too strong (400ppm or greater). Check manually with your test strips before using on food contact surfaces. Dilute as necessary. Walk-in fridge door has been repaired. Soap dispenser mounted on the wall. Replace light bulb in the walk-in. The manager has registered for a foodsafe class.
