General Comments : * Iodine glass washer was measured at approximately 50ppm iodine . Reduce iodine concentration to between 12.5ppm to 25 ppm iodine - All other handsinks were fully supplied - Sanitizer from spray bottle and dispenser measured approximately 200ppm quats - low temperature dishwasher measured approximately 100ppm chlorine - General sanitation good - No signs of pests noted during inspection.
