Observation: Two sanitizing spray bottles at the serving area were measured with 0 ppm of Quats sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Staff discarded and refilled the sanitizing bottles with 200 ppm Quats sanitizer. Staff stated multi-surface cleaner was filled in the sanitizer bottle. Do not use multi-surface cleaner on food contact surfaces.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The following observations were made for hand washing stations:
- Station located near the entry area of the kitchen was missing single-use paper towels.
- Station located at the end of cook line was obstructed by used pots and pans in the basin.
- Station located at the bar area was missing liquid hand soap and single-use paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Provide liquid hand soap and single use paper towels at all hand washing station. Remove pots and pans from the basin of the hand washing station. No items should be stored in the basin.

Observation: 1. Scoop for ice machine was stored in the machine with handle part in direct contact with the ice.
2. Scoop for curry was stored with handle part in direct contact with the curry at the drawer cooler.
3. Raw meats were stored on top of containers of curry in the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove the scoops from the ice and curry. Scoop should be stored separately in a clean, food-grade container.
2. Raw meats must be stored on the lowest shelf and away from ready to eat food, fruits and vegetables. Correct by: immediately.

- Coolers (walk-in, stand-up, beverage, drawer) maintained at 4C or less.
- Walk-in freezer at -18C
- Other sanitizer spray bottles measured with 200 ppm Quats sanitizer. Ensure one spray bottle is available for each food preparation area.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm chlorine at plate level.
- No pest activities observed at the time
- Temperature records maintained and available for review.

*Staff stated there is a plan for bar area renovation. Once decided, ensure an updated floor plan for the bar area is submitted to the Environmental Health Officer before renovating.
