- Temperatures of coolers and freezers were adequate. - Hot held chicken, rice and gravy were at or over 60 degrees C. - Hand sinks were provided with liquid soap and paper towels. - Quat sanitizer was available. Sanitizer concentration in the wiping cloth bucket was very low. Please replace. - No signs of pest infestation. - Timers used to time hot held chicken.
