Observation: Fruit fly activity observed in the following areas: pop syrup storage, dry storage and bar.
Corrective Action(s): Contact pest technician to increase service (2 days). Provide additional physical traps for adult flies to control immediate issue.

Observation: Dirty towel observed stored on top of boxed pop syrup. Leftover staff lunch (open rice bowl) stored on dry storage rack. Dry storage handsink observed to have water pooled in basin.
Corrective Action(s): Soiled linen and leftover food all contribute to fly activity. Premises must ensure that all soiled linen be stored in closed off container (until laundered). Food scraps be disposed of promptly (do not leave overnight) before being warewashed. Remove all sources of standing water. Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing of all food surfaces will also aid in the problem.
