Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) 27 cans of anchovy fillets labelled "keep refrigerated at all times" found in the front display cooler measuring 10 - 12 deg. C. Temperature logs state that the cooler has been measuring 9 - 12 deg. C since at least September 1, 2018. Anchovies were discarded at the time of inspection. All other foods in this cooler are shelf-stable.
2) Poke Bar cooler measured 8 deg. C at the time of inspection. Ice was added and the temperature control was adjusted to bring the cooler down to 4 deg. C. Please monitor the cooler to ensure that it is able to achieve and maintain 4 deg. C. Have cooler serviced if required and/or use ice to keep temperatures at 4 deg. C or colder.
