Routine inspection conducted. Temperatures: - Display cooler was holding sandwiches at 3 degrees Celsius - Milk cooler by the ice machine was maintaining 1 degree Celsius - Back cooler was maintaining 2 C - Back freezer had an ambient temperature of -22C Thermometers are available Sanitation: - Hand washing sinks are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels - Waste bins are accessible - 2 compartment sink is equipped with functional plugs - High temperature dishwasher achieved 83C at the dish surface after the final rinse cycle (min. 71 required) - Sanitizer spray bottle contained 200 ppm QUATS NOTE: ensure QUATS sanitizer levels are checked frequently throughout the day and the solution is replaced frequently to maintain 200 ppm - Ice machine was in good sanitary condition.
