304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Mice are still present within the premises. Operator reported mice are being caught in traps. No droppings were noted at the time of the inspection. Corrective Action(s): Continue to ensure sanitation level is maintained, monitor for activity, and seal holes. If issue is not resolved with current measures being taken, Pest Control services will need to be retained. Violation Score: 3

Comments

Dishwasher has been repaired. Final rinse water was 77C as measured with peak holding thermometer. Sliding door cooler has been removed and replaced with 2 glass door coolers. Temperature of both coolers was 4C. Thermometers were present in both coolers. Holes in walls have been plugged with steel wool. Operator reported that they are continuing to monitor for mouse activity including checking for and cleaning up any dropping and checking and emptying traps daily.
