Follow up inspection conducted Sliding doors for the 2 front display case unit have been installed Sneeze guards available for food products stored above the front display case units. Food products also saran wrapped. A new fly trap light has been installed in the back of the of the dining area. All meat buns, sticky rice, and egg tarts were kept at a temperature of at least 60C.
