Salad bowls get switched every 30 min

Sushi fridge (back) @ 5oC. Ice build up was noted in the freezer compartment. Defrost the unit to achieve adequate air circulation

Keep bars in dry condition to prevent a fly issue in the future

Pest control in place. A pest control service record was kept on site. Currently 3 times a week. Likely to drop 1-2 times a week in the future.
The central lighting system cabinet area: sweep collected dust and debris on the floor.
