- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 186 F at the gauge and 74 C at the plate
- Dipper well was running at time of inspection
- Fresh chicken was stored on ice, friendly reminder to use enough ice and water in the bottom insert to ensure level covers chicken in the insert above.
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
