Comments

Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers. Coolers <4C. Freezers <-18C. Quat sanitizer 200ppm in buckets with cloths (400ppm). Quat sanitizer is dispensed from the wall. Operator mentioned that the 3 compartment sinks are used only for washing and cleaning; that all equipment are able to fit inside the dishwasher for further cleaning and sanitizing. Dishwasher rinse sanitizer 100ppm Chlorine. Food temperatures are taken every 4hrs to ensure they are below 4C. Operators are reminded that sanitizing of thermometers (probe) is required before taking temperatures and sticking inside food. Facility keeps monitoring on digital record. Washroom for public and staff appears to be clean and fully supplied for hand hygiene. No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
