Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher not registering chlorine in final rinse cycle. Observed bucket close to empty. No chlorine in feed line and minimal in bucket. Primed system with last of bucket. Chemical contractor contacted.
Corrective Action(s): Unit must be replenshed with sanitizer concentrate prior to the end of the day.
**spoke with cheimical supplier rep. He will drop off a new bucket this afternoon and will improve correspondence with operator for future transactions. OK.
