Observation: 1. Water pooling observed by coffee station handwashing sink.
2. Heavy grease build up observed in all range hoods. Dark brown / black build up observed to be 'flaking' off filters.
3. Grease build up observed under cooking line and fryers
4. Maintenance room observed to be heavily cluttered. This area previously had droppings sighted.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and monitor identified area for further leakage. Contact plumber if this is a persistent issue.
2-3. Clean all identified areas. Kitchen does need regular deep cleaning if not already done. Heavy grease build up can result in a fire hazard and an attractant to pests.
