Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1.Garbage bags used to line trays and store food containers. Do not use garbage bags for food storage or processing. Garbage bags are contaminated.
2. Food condiments fell into front of the house hand washing sink. Hand sink must be kept clear of food products to ensure adequate hand washing (CORRECTED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION).
Corrective Action(s): 1.Use food grade covers for all food storage. Garbage bags discarded and tin foil/saran wrap was used at the time of inspection.
2. Ensure food is not stored near hand washing sink where it may fall in and become contaminated. Condiments in sink were discarded.

Observation: Build up of dust and food debris observed in walk in cooler fans, main oven along fans and cords, under shelving of point of sale unit. Cleaning is required to prevent food contamination and attracting pests.
Corrective Action(s): Cleaning of these areas are required. Correction required in one week.

Observation: Walk in cooler built in digital thermometer is broken. Repair is required.
