Contraventions
Previous Inspection -
Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice except for those noted on supplementary pages.

Observed Violations
PHYSICAL FACILITY, EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS: 11010 - CCLR s.13(1) - A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation: During a walk through of the outdoor play area, a orange snow fence is erected around specific areas of the outdoor play area. Due to settlement in the outdoor ground, the current concrete surface is higher than the grass making a large tripping hazard. There is also quiet a dip in the ground which a child could fall into. The orange fencing is a preventative measure, however is not a permanent solution.
Corrective Action(s): Complete the necessary landscaping to ensure a safe play outdoor play environment
