All cooler units less than or equal to 4C.
Different utensils used to handled cooked and raw meat products on the iron grill.
3 compartment sink set up and in use. Sanitizing sink was filled with a 100ppm chlorine solution.
Walk-in freezer at -20C.
No pest activity noted.
Food items properly covered.
Hand washing station satisfactory.
