Cleaning has been completed beneath kitchen cooking equipment, some cleaning still required between fyer and flat top grill - operator is aware of this and has plans to have some help brought in to move equipment. Dishwasher final rinse reached 69.6 C - operator turned up booster, but it was too hot, and it was turned back down. Please increase booster a very small amount so that internal temperature reaches 71C at dish surface.
