On Follow-up: Entree cooler has been fixed. Temperature of the cooler is 0 degC. Prep cooler's at 2 degC. Hand sink by the dishwashing area has been replaced with one that's easier to turn on/off. Dishwasher has 50ppm chlorine in the rinse cycle. Report reviewed with operator, not signed.
