Cleaning conducted throughout the facility - good Facility serviced by professional pest control, new traps set out and new bait set out. Holes noted in previous report have been filled. Sushi roll cooler and sliding glass door cooler repaired. Prep cooler is currently being repaired, scheduled to be completed this afternoon. Sushi roll cooler ambient temperature measured 1C, sliding glass door cooler ambient temperature measured 2C New paper towel dispensers/holders added to kitchen handsink and server station handsink Walk-in cooler storage has been re-assessed.
