Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-C6E473: - All cold potentially hazardous food items stored inside the cooler at 4C. - Surface sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration. - Operating Permit with valid decal posted on the wall. - Food is mostly protected inside the coolers. - General sanitation has improved. Most areas noted in the previous report cleaned.
