Routine inspection: Kitchen: Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Bleach sanitizer solution available for use. 2 door cooler at 4 degrees C. Walk in freezer at -9 degrees C. Currently being stocked with food products for Surrey Greek Food Festival. Monitor and ensure -18 degrees C or less. Adjust temperature or service if required. Dishwasher registers 50ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle. Temporary food premise: "Surrey Greek Food Festival" Application for a temporary food premise processed and approval to operate granted. Foodsafe requirements met at time of inspection. Utility sinks adequately plumbed with waste water into sanitary sewer. Liquid soap and paper towels available for use. Hot holding units available for use. Coolers at or below 4 degrees C. Freezer at -16 degrees C. Food products obtained from approved sources. Food preparation occurs in the temporary area and church kitchen. Bleach sanitizer solution available for use.
