306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Walk-in cooler (offsite storage) - metal wire shelving units - white mold growth observed in corners of shelving. Mouse droppings observed in the following locations: upper floor dry storage area - on floor, far corner around vertical metal ducting and on floor in opposite far corner, and on upper storage shelf adjacent to vertical ducting. Customer seating area - trace droppings on floor within each of the waste bin stations. Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of debris from surfaces. Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning. Violation Score: 3
