Discussed pest control activities post last inspection. PC technician continuing to provide advice and recommendations and active control measures. Systematically moving from area to area in facility to track activity, reduce access ways, and trap. Staff involved in process of observation to provide feedback to PCO for ongoing control measures. Dishpit looks much better. Underside of stainless steel in this area (by the garbage and saucer dump) looks very good. Sink has been repaired. Floor looks much cleaner. Operator thinks fly population has improved. New carpet installed throughout dining area and repair of wall underway on backside of washing machine (noted mouse activity point). Good. Bar area continues to have activity, but additional cleaning noted. Kitchen area currently in-process for assessment and control.
