- General sanitation is good.
- The main handwash station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels. Note: The hot water supply provided after 1min of running water. Ensure that all food handlers wash hands thoroughly with hot water.
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Sanitizer available at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space. All boxes and food items stored min 15cm off the floor to facilitate cleaning.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. A professional pest control company implements pest control management system.
- FOODSAFE certified staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
