Kitchen sink is now repaired with running hot and cold water with liquid soap and paper towels. Still outstanding: At least one staff on premise must have valid FoodSafe level 1 training. This is due in June 2019. Left card for operator to contact me when this is completed. A copy of the certificate can be emailed to health inspector. May 7, 2019 Correction Order rescinded.
