Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink in back was blocked by personal cups, and liquid soap dispenser was empty. Was advised by staff, sink is not used.
Corrective Action(s): - Must remind all staff sink is to be used to wash hands before handling clean dishes and food. Sink in front is not easily accessible for the staff working in the back.

- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 180 F on gauge and 74 C at plate

NOTE: do not store personal items (i.e. jackets) on top of food products (i.e. in back room). Store all personal items in designated locations.
