Follow-up Inspection Conducted: Observations: - Fly problem has reduced since last routine inspection - Sticky fly traps have been replaced. Operator mentioned the traps are changed every few weeks - Prevention methods have been implemented - beverage cans are no longer being stored on premises and/or are discarded daily - Handwashing station in kitchen supplied with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water No signature required due to COVID-19 pandemic.
