Non-criticial items corrected from previous inspection: Code 209 - Energy bites in the display cooler are now covered. All other food items are wrapped and protected from contamination, Code 306 - Miscellaneous items underneath the shelving units have been removed and cleaning had been done. Clean this area on a regular basis to avoid build up and keeping food and food-related items makes it easier to notice dirt build up.
