Observations:
- No signs of pest activity during inspection
- All rodent droppings have been cleaned up
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- DDBSA/lactic acid sanitizer available in sanitizer buckets and measured at 727 ppm

*Reminders:
- Operator to submit full summary report from professional pest control company for the next 3 months (including July report) to the health inspector for review
- Ensure to conduct regular deep cleaning around and behind all cooking equipment and in other hard-to-reach areas to prevent rodent entry/harbouring/breeding on site
- Keep all food at least 6 inches off the floor and covered at all times
