- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm.
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 71C at the dish surface during rinse cycle
- Coolers were maintaining temperatures of 4C or colder. Freezers were maintaining temperatures of -18C or colder
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition
- Food storage practices satisfactory. General sanitation satisfactory
