Boys and girls youth program operating at the Youth Resource Centre:
-> Lower level: Next to Winskill Aquatic and Fitness Centre.
- Hours: Mon - Fri (3 - 6)
- Food Prep: Snacks - provided for youth.

- *Facility consisting of stove, microwave, 2 compartment sink and fridge.
- *No hood vent - No cooking (grease vapors) conducted on site.

- Temperature Control: Monitoring required. Gauges noted. Refrigeration to be maintained at or below 4 C. Freezers to be maintained at or below -18 C.
- Manual Dishwashing: 4 Step Method. Sign posted above sink - cupboard. Ensure all food contact surfaces are washed and sanitized after use. Bleach to be kept on site. Currently locked away.
