Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mildew growth noted on the piping, panel, and inside walls of the ice machine. Discard the ice products and have the inside of the ice machine properly washed and sanitized. Staff discarded the ice product at the time of inspection.

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection.
Walk-in cooler at 4C. Temperature panel was blinking and indicating that the temperature was at 50F. Monitor the inside of the walk-in cooler unit to ensure food products are kept less than or equal to 4C (40F)
Front sandwich display and milk coolers at 4C.
All cooler units were equipped with thermometer.
Hot hold of eggs, bacon, and soup was at least 60C.
High temperature dishwasher achieved a final rinse temperature of at least 71C at plate level.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered.
No pest activity noted.
Freezer units at -18C.
2 compartment sink satisfactory
Quats dispenser at 200ppm and test strips were available.
