Product: Mozza Burger - Temp logs maintained; ~180°F (~82°C) - Equipment temperature logs maintained; ~180°F (~82°C) - Internal (A&W specific) procedures and training discussed - Timer used to ensure hot held items are fresh - General sanitation of the facility was good at time of inspection Temperatures observed at time of inspection: - undercounter freezer (near grill): -26°C - hot holding unit (above undercounter freezer, near grill): 60°C - upright freezer (storage): -18°C No additional complaints of this nature received by A&W.
