Checked prep cooler in question and discussed with operator. Unit was serviced (thermostat replaced) and de-iced. Unit now keeping less than 4 C and no ice noted inside. Good! thank you. Dishwasher also re-looked at and strips provided by service company to monitor more regularly. OK.
