Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed small amount of standing water (condensation from a compressor unit) and small amount of spilled drink syrup in the back beside the staircase to 2nd floor.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize aforementioned area. Include this area to daily cleaning cycle. Correct this by: immediately.

Hygiene and Sanitizing
Hand washing station (s) equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate (see violation for one exception).
High temperature dishwasher final rinse cycle noted at 71.5 C.
2 compartment sinks used for manual dishwashing.
Washroom facility in a sanitary condition.
In-use utensils stored in a sanitary manner.
In-use wiping cloths stored in a sanitizing solution
Adequate handwashing noted.
Staff demonstrates good hygiene.
Facility now uses Dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid (DDBSA) from Ecolab as food contact surface sanitizer. Test strip available. The dispenser dispenses correct concentration as per their test strips.

Temperature (Maximum 4°C for coolers and -18°C for freezers, minimum 60°C for hot holding)
Temperature of coolers including walk-in cooler noted at 4°C and below.

Random foods in the walk-in cooler and chest cooler were probed for internal temperature. All below 4°C or below.
